All goods remain the property of Oxford Ethical Trading Limited until they have been paid for in full. Where credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order payments are subsequently reversed or refused for any reason title to the goods will revert to Oxford Ethical Trading Limited until and unless full payment is subsequently received. Where a cheque is returned unpaid or a credit or debit card payment is reversed without the agreement of Oxford Ethical Trading Limited an administration fee equal to our reasonable costs in processing the failed payment becomes payable in addition to the full cost of the goods.

We reserve the right to not supply goods to any person for any reason allowed by law, including but not limited to reasons of fraud prevention and loss management.
