Our Returns Policy

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps :

- FOOD AND DRINK ITEMS (including tea, coffee and chocolate) CANNOT BE RETURNED unless they are faulty as these items are perishable, and for safety reasons cannot be re-sold.

- You can return all other items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Items must be un-opened, un-used and in their original condition (except where they are being returned because they are faulty).

- Items must be properly packaged (we will not refund items which are damaged in the post whilst being returned).

- Please download and complete a returns form and include it with your items when you return them.

- We recommend you send items by recorded or special delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We only accept deliveries from Royal Mail or other legitimate postal/courier companies. We do not accept visitors at any time.

- Returns are made at your own expense.

- If you are returning faulty goods, please indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

- Please return to the address given on the returns form.

- Refunds for credit card / debit card purchases will be made back to the original card. Refunds for Cheque, Postal Order and Cash orders will be made by cheque to the purchaser named on the invoice or the original cheque and sent to the address on the invoice.

We want to help you resolve any problems you have with our service to your satisfaction. Please contact us to discuss any problems with any aspect of our service.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
