Credit / Debit Card Payments
You can pay by Visa (Credit, Debit, Electron), Mastercard, Switch/UK Maestro, or Solo. Cards are only accepted for online orders. Your card will be charged when you place your order, and "Oxford Ethical Trading" will appear on your credit card statement. There is no extra charge for paying by card. Shopping online here is safe and secure, and your UK credit card provider will cover you against any fraud resulting from online purchases from this website.

Cheque / Postal Order
You can pay by cheque or postal order when ordering by post (See below). Orders will take an additional 7 days from the time we receive them to allow for the cheque/postal order to clear.

Cash
We recommend paying by one of the above means, however we will accept cash when ordering by post. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss of cash in the post before it reaches us. We recommend you send cash by recorded or special delivery. Proof of posting and/or delivery is not proof of the full cash amount reaching us. Exact change only please, we will not give change.

Ordering by post
Ordering online is secure and reliable. However if you do not have a credit/debit card or wish to order by post for any other reason, please follow these steps :

1) Add items to your online shopping basket as if you would if you were buying online
2) When you are ready, click on the "checkout" button
3) Complete the checkout form as if you were ordering online
4) At the bottom of the page, click the "Order by Post" button
5) A summary of the information above will be shown, followed by a completed order form
6) Print out (or copy out) the form and post it along with payment to the address on the order form.

If you do not use the proper order form above, your order may be delayed, returned or destroyed.
