This wonderful Darjeeling tea comes from the organic Ambootia tea estate in India.

Sitting in the foothills of the Himalayas close to Nepal and Bhutan, 400 miles north of Kolkata in West Bengal, the climate of the estate is temperate at 6,500 feet. Plenty of rain, though, ensure a deliciously sweet black tea with delicate fruit hints.
