We only deliver to addresses in the UK.

Online orders received are dispatched within 3 days by Royal Mail post. Please allow 7 days for delivery. Deliveries may be delayed beyond 7 days by Postal strikes, bad weather, during the Christmas post period etc. To ensure delivery before Christmas Day, please order before noon on 17th December 2008 (all deliveries are subject to Royal Mail delays, so order earlier if possible).

Postage and Packing (P&P) is free on orders over £10.00. On orders below £10.00 P&P is charged at £2.25 per order.

Whilst we try to keep all products in stock, where all or part of your order isn't in stock we will either hold your order for up to 5 days to await stock, or post part of your order with the remainder to follow when more stock arrives. You can cancel any part of your order at any time before it is dispatched (except for customised/private label items).

You can track the status of your order online at any time if you supply a password on the checkout page.

Most orders will not fit through a standard letter box. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If you are out and the postman leaves a card, it is your responsibility to collect the parcel or arrange for redelivery at your own cost.
